A bottle of La Cust Crispy Chilli goes through 21 rigorous stages to ensure excellent quality and taste. From raw material collection, selection, cleaning and chopping; to air drying, frying, seasoning and proportioning. Finally, to the disinfection, canning, and vacuum packaging, stage, we ensure every bite is a mouthful of crispiness and tastiness.

With production quality assurance
La Cust Crispy Chili was created by three young entrepreneurs who are food and chilli lovers.
Charles and Calvin are responsible for product and market development; both of them have studied in Japan before and were qualified as fruit hygienists certified by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (equivalent to our Ministry of Health). They practice the rigorous and meticulous of Japanese Craftsmen culture by controlling quality of each raw material strictly to ensure every can of La Cust Crispy Chili produced is the most delicious outcome.
Kin Yan is the master of online marketing with years of sales experiences; moreover, he is an excellent photographer and responsible for the design and production of La Cust Crispy Chili promotions.

Is shipping fee included?
Yes, the shipping fee is included in the crowdfunding amount, there’s no other additional cost.

When can I receive the goods?
The production can only be started once we reach the target number. The latest you will receive the products within 1-2 weeks after crowdfunding campaign ends. Of course, if we receive more orders, it will help us to start the production sooner and you will receive the goods earlier! (So help us to spread these goodies to your friends and family too)

If the products were broken/damage during delivery, what should I do?
Don’t worry, we will send a completely new set for you. All you can do is take a picture of it immediately, send the proof to us and we shall arrange accordingly.

Can the goods courier to other countries?
We are so sorry that the crowdfunding campaign is restricted to Malaysian only. If you really want to purchase from foreign countries, kindly contact us directly for further discussion.

La Cust Crispy Chili was created by three young entrepreneurs who are food and chilli lovers.
Charles and Calvin are responsible for product and market development; both of them have studied in Japan before and were qualified as fruit hygienists certified by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (equivalent to our Ministry of Health). They practice the rigorous and meticulous of Japanese Craftsmen culture by controlling quality of each raw material strictly to ensure every can of La Cust Crispy Chili produced is the most delicious outcome.
Kin Yan is the master of online marketing with years of sales experiences; moreover, he is an excellent photographer and responsible for the design and production of La Cust Crispy Chili promotions.

Yes, the shipping fee is included in the crowdfunding amount, there’s no other additional cost.

When can I receive the goods?
The production can only be started once we reach the target number. The latest you will receive the products within 1-2 weeks after crowdfunding campaign ends. Of course, if we receive more orders, it will help us to start the production sooner and you will receive the goods earlier! (So help us to spread these goodies to your friends and family too)

If the products were broken/damage during delivery, what should I do?
Don’t worry, we will send a completely new set for you. All you can do is take a picture of it immediately, send the proof to us and we shall arrange accordingly.

Can the goods courier to other countries?
We are so sorry that the crowdfunding campaign is restricted to Malaysian only. If you really want to purchase from foreign countries, kindly contact us directly for further discussion.
